If you have ever spent any time in the waiting area of a Hospital ER facility you will quickly understand one of the core principals of Urgent Care Matters. It is not uncommon to see wait time measured in hours in the ER, and many of these patients are there because they can’t get in to see their Primary Care Doctor after hours or on weekends. Urgent Care Matters, because your time matters, and so should having access to quality Health Care.
When you enter an Urgent Care Matters facility, you will notice that our staff is genuinely happy to see you, and make your visit a positive experience. (even if you are under the weather!) Attention to the details of your visit reason will be collected with a Health History and basic information on you and your insurance coverage. For those patients who do not carry Insurance, or choose not to use insurance, we have affordable “out of pocket” rates.
You will also notice that your time spent in our waiting room is minimal, as we make every effort to accompany you to our Triage area, where your Vitals will be recorded into our State of the Art Medical Records Systems. From there a Urgent Care Matters Medical Assistant will see that you are comfortably placed in an Exam Room where you will find a Flat Screen TV to help make your short wait more enjoyable. When you provider arrives, know that they are Board Certified and a highly trained Medical Professional who is interested in diagnosing and resolving your medical need.
Urgent Care Matters is equipped to provide X-ray Services when needed and can perform the majority of the most common lab testing. If your visit requires a prescription, know that we stock the most common pharmaceutical medications, and if not available at our center your prescription will be sent electronically to your pharmacy for prompt pickup. We want your visit to be that easy!
